How should I care for my Tye Fusión piece?

To preserve colour, texture, and overall quality, we recommend gentle hand washing in cold water or professional dry cleaning. Avoid harsh detergents, tumble drying, and prolonged sun exposure.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and are confirmed before dispatch.

How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you are eligible for a refund or exchange after review.
If an item is too big or too small, we offer size exchanges, subject to fabric availability.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
All return or exchange requests must be approved before items are sent back.
As we produce in limited quantities, returns and exchanges are handled case by case.

My order arrived with marks on the fabric. Is this normal?

Yes, slight wax markings from our hand-dyeing process may still be visible on some pieces. These are completely normal and will gradually fade after a few washes.
