Returns & Exchanges
At Tye Fusión, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If there is an issue with your item due to a production fault or damage, you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange, once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Size Exchanges
If an item does not fit and is too big or too small, we are happy to offer an exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions.
Please note that exchanges are subject to fabric availability, as our pieces are produced in limited quantities.
Returns or exchange requests submitted after 14 days will not be considered.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition, with original tags attached and packaging intact.
• A return or exchange request must be submitted and approved by our team before the item is sent back.
• Items returned damaged, worn, altered, or without proper packaging will be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review sizing information and product descriptions before placing an order.
As a brand that produces in limited quantities, Tye Fusión rarely restocks pieces, and all returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis under strict quality guidelines.
